We only collect information you choose to give us. There is one place on this website that asks for it: the Request Your First Look form.

• Your current website address, if you have one (optional)
• A description of what your business does

We do not collect payment details through this website. We do not ask for passwords, and you should never send us one.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry and prepare a First Look for your business. That is the only purpose. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who processes it

When you submit the form, your information is handled by the following:

• Our website and form service hosts this website and processes form submissions. Your submission is stored securely and emailed to us so we can respond.
• Cloudflare Turnstile runs the security check on the form to prevent spam submissions. It processes technical information about your browser as part of that check.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site. Your browser requests them from Google's servers, which means Google sees your IP address as part of that request.

If you go on to work with us, we may use additional services for hosting, email, and payments. We will tell you which ones apply before setting them up.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. We do not build a profile of your browsing, and we do not follow you across other websites.

If that changes, this policy will be updated and, where required, you will be asked for consent before anything is set.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as it is useful for responding to you and for our own business records. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. We will not apply a new purpose to information you have already given us without telling you.
